The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:-
"Do good deeds properly,
sincerely and moderately. . .
Always adopt a
middle,
moderate,
regular course,
whereby you will reach your target (of paradise)." -
Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 8, Hadith 470
